Exceptional and rare pair of French Art Deco console tables attributed to Raymond Subes, showcasing the masterful ironwork and architectural rigor associated with the period’s finest ateliers. Each console is anchored by bold scrolled “S” form jamb supports, executed in hand-worked steel and articulated with precise bead and ridge motifs running along the legs and friezes.
The tops and bases are executed in hexagonal-cut Verde marble, offering a striking contrast of deep green veining against the patinated metal structure.
